"The Red Hot Chili Peppers and opening act Snoop Dogg couldn't stop the rain at their concert at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater on Friday. But at times, it seemed like both acts had the power to make it rain inside. ...Nobody really cared in the youthful audience.
